Ever since then, I’ve been fascinated with the intricacies of the human body, biomechanics, and human physiology. Through years of personal training, commitment, and persistence I’ve been able to overcome my poor genetics and experience incredible results.

Now, I’ve made it my life’s work to pass this knowledge onto others.

I finally took the plunge to enroll at a gym and hire a personal trainer. My first coach (Mostafa), was nothing short of amazing.

Not only did he teach me the ins and outs of training, but also opened my eyes to the parallels of fitness and life. Hard work, accomplishing goals, making sacrifices, and building sweat equity for something you believe in. Mostafa taught me how to love myself and my body by eating right and exercising.
