What are your hours and where are you located?
We are located in Woodbridge, Virginia. Our hours are 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my personal training package anytime?

Can I cancel my personal training membership anytime?
You can cancel your membership by giving us a month notice prior to next billing cycle.
How long does it take to receive my personalized nutrition and/or exercise program?
It takes us three to five business days to design and develop an individualized nutrition and/or exercise regimen.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Clients are to sign a personal trainer agreement. You are never stuck in a contract. You can always cancel your month-to-month membership by giving us a month notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Is there a membership fee?
There is no “gym” membership fee. Training sessions are by appointment only.
